Duties shall include, shoveling, raking, hoisting and rigging, as well as operating compaction equipment. Must be able to work in a team environment.

  • Verify grades, ability to use a pipe laser and rotary laser
  • Capable to read plans and locates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in civil construction is considered an asset but not a requirement

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, loading/unloading materials, civil construction work including Sewer and Water and Road construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and other machinery as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment
  • Safely and efficiently perform excavation, grading, and loading/unloading of materials
  • Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and other technical documents
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other personnel on the job site

 

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
  • Sewer and Water experience considered and asset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficient in operating various types of heavy equipment
  • Experience with GPS and other advanced equipment control systems considered as an asset.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Available to work Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our dump trucks to transport and deliver various materials to and from designated locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport materials, such as sand, gravel, granular, and other construction materials, to and from job sites
  • Adhere to company policies as well as compliance regulations with local, provincial and federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of materials transported, job location and time.
  • Conduct pre/post trip inspections, and complete necessary logs.
  • Communicate any mechanical issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects 

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid commercial drivers license (AZ or DZ)
  • Experience driving a tri-axle or tandem truck.
  • Clean drivers abstract.
  • Ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to safety

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of a wide range of heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, loaders, crushers, and trucks. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of heavy equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy equipment
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify any potential problems or safety hazards
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical systems
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
  • Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed
  • Adhere to safety guidelines/policies and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status, repairs, and maintenance needs

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues
  • Experience with welding and fabrication is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be available Monday to Friday
